About the position

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for applying Artificial Intelligence in financial processes (reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, deviation analysis, etc.).
• Design and drive AI use cases focused on efficiency, data quality improvement, and decision support.
• Define the framework for AI adoption in CIB Finance, including prioritization criteria, best practices, and implementation principles.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility and real value of use cases, ensuring focus on impact and avoiding low-efficiency or unnecessarily complex solutions.
• Evolve existing automations (RPA) towards more advanced AI-based solutions (NLP, machine learning, generative models, copilots, etc.).
• Introduce and adapt new AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, intelligent automation) to the financial context, ensuring their effective and safe application.
• Lead the execution of initiatives from conceptualization to deployment and industrialization.
• Coordinate with Finance, Data, Technology, and other areas to ensure the viability and scalability of solutions.
• Drive new ways of working supported by AI, improving team productivity and analytical capabilities.
• Contribute to the Finance Transformation Plan (VINCI), accelerating the adoption of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities.
• Measure and ensure the impact of initiatives in terms of efficiency, time reduction, and operational improvement.

What are we looking for?

We seek to incorporate a Manager / Senior Manager with a hybrid profile, combining financial business knowledge with technical depth in artificial intelligence and judgment for its practical application in complex environments.Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• Relevant experience (6–10+ years) in transformation, finance, data, or consulting with a focus on process improvement.
• Knowledge of financial processes, with particular value placed on experience in CIB.
• Demonstrable experience in the design, development, or implementation of artificial intelligence solutions in production environments, beyond proof of concepts.
• Deep knowledge of AI techniques and applications.
• Experience in the use of generative models and copilots (prompting, evaluation, business adaptation, etc.), as well as an understanding of their limitations.
• Ability to define AI-based solution architectures, including their integration with corporate systems and data.
• Experience identifying use cases where to apply AI and where not to, prioritizing efficient and sustainable solutions.
• Experience with multi-agent systems (agentic AI) and advanced process automation will be valued.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (business, data, IT).
• Ability to take initiatives from definition to implementation.
• Advanced English level.
