Overview
The Brand Manager at Baylor Genetics ensures that the brand remains strong, adaptable and aligned with corporate objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, deep experience in brand development, and leadership through organizational change while maintaining brand integrity.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is required. An advanced degree or relevant certifications in Brand Management, Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing or related roles, ideally in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences is required. Proven success in developing and executing omni-channel campaigns and a strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Development: Support the implementation and oversight of Baylor Genetics’ brand strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and business priorities, and manage brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and messaging frameworks.
- Market Engagement & Growth: Develop and execute campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement with target audiences, collaborate with multiple teams, and drive integrated media initiatives.
- Internal Brand Alignment: Work with internal communications and HR to embed brand values and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Monitor brand health through KPIs, perception studies, and market share analysis, leveraging data to refine strategies and lead conquesting strategies.
