Your Mission
- You support us with organizational topics in the IT trading area.
- Setting up, deleting, and changing user permissions for selected trading systems.
- Support in managing users, permissions, and roles in the applications.
- Taking over hotline inquiries and tickets with independent processing or forwarding to the respective Service Manager.
- Independent creation and maintenance of Wiki pages for documenting permission management, permission reconciliation, hotline inquiries, email templates, certificate installation, etc. for the respective application.
- Permission reconciliation between the permission management system and the respective trading system, with resolution of discrepancies in cooperation with Service Management.
- Technical standardization of Wiki pages from two merged IT teams.
- With appropriate technical aptitude, more technical deployment in the IT trading environment is possible.
Your Superpowers
- Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, or business administration with a technical focus, or comparable qualification desirable.
- Good academic performance.
- Proficient handling of common MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of M365 and Teams is an advantage.
- Independent, reliable, and systematic way of working.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Fluent German language skills (minimum B2 level).
- Openness to new topics.
Mission Start
- Immediately for at least 6 months.
- Up to 15 hours per week.
