Role Overview

The Technical Product Support Specialist supports Level 2 technical issues for Climate FieldView and digital products in North America. You will troubleshoot, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, facilitate training, and help generate technical documentation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Develop deep product knowledge for all digital offerings.
  • Act as product subject matter expert for Climate FieldView products.
  • Conduct seasonal training for internal support teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report trends.
  • Test alpha/beta products and provide evening/weekend support during peak seasons.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Studies, Business, Agronomy or related field; 3+ years postgraduate experience; 1+ year in customer support; agriculture industry experience. Preferred: Experience in precision agriculture product support, mechanical skills, familiarity with Farm Management Information Systems, software support exposure, and strong interpersonal as well as technical writing skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges between approximately $56k and $83k with additional bonus/commission opportunities, health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave. The salary is based on experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
