About the Role

At Bayer, we are visionaries solving the world's toughest challenges with energy, curiosity, and dedication. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will define, champion, and execute UX research that informs and shapes the product roadmap for Bayer Crop Science's digital farming arm.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive complex regional research initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Define research operations model, governance, and tooling.
  • Develop and manage research plans and methodologies.
  • Support product managers with coaching and feedback.
  • Coordinate user research activities including participant management.
  • Maintain high standards for research data management and documentation.
  • Manage and optimize research tools and software accessibility.

Who You Are

You are a skilled researcher with 5-12 years of UX research experience in product development. You have proficiency in tools like Dovetail and Qualtrics, a deep understanding of UX principles, and strong analytical and storytelling skills. A background in UX design and experience with Figma are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is approximately $130-180k, with potential additional incentives. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement programs, PTO, and sick leave.
