Overview

Bayer is seeking a Senior Benefit Risk Management Lead Oncology to drive patient safety and pharmacovigilance for its oncology portfolio. The role involves leading cross functional teams, overseeing safety signal detection, and ensuring compliance with global PV regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead product groups in BRM activities for key oncology products.
  • Monitor and manage benefit-risk profiles throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Identify, prioritize, and analyze clinical safety signals.
  • Communicate complex safety issues and regulatory updates.
  • Develop aggregate reports, manage labeling updates, and ensure submission quality.
  • Provide strategic leadership across cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

The ideal candidate will have an MD or equivalent degree, significant experience in pharmacovigilance and oncology drug development, strong analytical skills, and a proven history of leadership within a matrix organization. Experience with regulatory interactions and in-depth clinical safety knowledge is critical.

Compensation & Employment Details
