Role Summary
The Director, IT Technical Services & Cyber Security is a key leader on the Corporate Digital Transformation team. This role is responsible for day-to-day operational leadership, reliability and continuous improvement of Baycrest’s technology infrastructure, network services, helpdesk and cyber security program.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership of IT operations and cyber security functions
- Ensuring secure, stable, and efficient core technical services
- Managing enterprise systems, end-user computing, and telecommunications
- Supporting clinical care, research, education, and business operations
- Balancing governance, risk, compliance with innovation and improvement
Candidate Profile
A seasoned digital and technology leader with over 15 years of progressive experience, including senior management. Proven expertise in complex IT operations, infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity in high‑availability environments, preferably within healthcare. Hands‑on experience with diverse infrastructure components and a strong understanding of evolving cyber threats are essential.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $137,009 to $175,000.
