BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in Central PA. As a Direct Support Professional, you work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in home and community settings, offering companionship and guidance to help them achieve their potential.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming).
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Engage in clients' favorite hobbies and activities.
• Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive pay rates starting at $17.00 per hour.
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts).

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
