About the Role

Bay Systems Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Engineer with expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform tools to support SAIC and the U.S. Space Force Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Enterprise. In this role, you will design and develop advanced analytics solutions, interactive dashboards, and digital engineering workflows that support enterprise-wide decision-making and mission success.

This position requires an active Secret clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred) and offers the opportunity to support one of the most critical national security programs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into digital and data solutions.
  • Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Perform data transformation, modeling, and cleaning using Power Query and DAX.
  • Integrate Power BI with Power Automate and Power Apps to automate processes.
  • Optimize Power BI performance by managing datasets, schedules, and workspaces.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for effective adoption.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of systems engineering, digital engineering, or data analytics experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience with relational databases and data sciences.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance practices.
  • Prior experience with DoD organizations.
