Your Purpose as a Sales Manager
- Execute the Single Point of Contact sales process with proficiency.
- Ensure proper handling of all paperwork related to vehicle transactions.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Keep a current state insurance license and complete continuing education.
- Provide excellent customer service through various contact modes.
- Conduct vehicle feature presentations and assist with test drives.
- Maintain detailed product knowledge to answer guest questions.
- Keep updated with manufacturer changes and present additional resources.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Additional Qualifications: Team-first mindset, desire to win collectively, passion for helping others, commitment to continuous improvement, and transparent communication.
