About the Role

The Woking based Finance Team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth financial operations at Bauer Media Outdoor. Reporting to the UK Deputy Financial Controller, the Junior Financial Accountant (9 Months FTC) is responsible for reconciling bank accounts, posting cash transactions, managing intercompany accounts, and supporting monthly reporting and cash forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Post cash transactions in conjunction with AP/AR and perform weekly reconciliations.
• Assist in cashflow forecasting and management processes.
• Prepare monthly MI Journals including PSA, intercompany, and employee loans.
• Support Capital Expenditure setups and fixed asset accounting.
• Complete intercompany postings and reconciliations.
• Contribute to monthly reporting in Cognos controller.
• Handle monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Track monthly management pack and report to the parent company.
