Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences using deep product knowledge.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs analysis and personalized recommendations.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand and visual standards.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placements.
• Perform physical tasks: standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds), climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, customer-first retail environments.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
• Ability to de-escalate customer situations and work varied shifts during peak hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
