Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences using deep product knowledge.
- Create genuine customer connections through needs analysis and personalized recommendations.
- Support product replenishment and maintain brand and visual standards.
- Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placements.
- Perform physical tasks: standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds), climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, engaging store environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced, customer-first retail environments.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability.
- Ability to de-escalate customer situations and work varied shifts during peak hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
