SUMMARY:

Baskerville-Donovan, Inc. is hiring an experienced Civil Engineer (PE) to join our growing team in our Panama City, FL office. You will work under the direction of the Regional PM, assisting in the design, development, implementation, and analysis of civil engineering solutions, with an emphasis on hydrology and hydraulics for municipal, county, state and federal infrastructure programs.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and development of civil engineering solutions.
  • Technical expertise in pond design, stormwater, drainage and conveyance systems.
  • Understanding of water/wastewater systems and roadway/transportation design.
  • Engage with jurisdictional agencies on permit requirements.
  • Prepare technical and progress reports, and support project management and budgeting.
  • Collaborate within a team to build client relationships.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microsoft 365, and modeling software skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
  • 8-10 years of field experience.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in Florida or eligibility to obtain certification.
