What You Can Expect

Are you a passionate and motivated individual? Then strengthen our Business Reporting department as a Junior Controller. This position offers you the opportunity to further develop your skills in cost center accounting, cost allocation, product cost accounting, project accounting, or reporting.

• Start in financial analysis: You support our Management-Accounting activities, to deliver strategic financial insights and enable informed decisions.
• We value sound analyses: Work closely with local controlling and finance teams to develop effective solutions for our business.
• Help advance processes: Work with data in SAP, ensure the accuracy of reports as well as financial statements, and support optimization measures.
• Achieve more together: Contribute expertise in defined competence areas and support internal and global projects.
• We love innovation: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reports and systems; drive harmonization and automation.

What You Bring

• Successfully completed studies in economics or a related field.
• First professional experience in accounting or controlling, e.g., through internships.
• Interest in digitalization, preferably with initial experience in SAP R/3, FI and CO or SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English, other European languages are an advantage.

What We Offer

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 40,000 - 46,000 €, depending on qualification and professional experience - Additionally, a bonus dependent on company success awaits you.
• 30 vacation days as well as special leave and sabbatical models.
• Flexible working hours, so you can organize your daily work and private life according to your needs.
• Location-independent working models with defined presence days in Berlin and residence in Germany – Here's a first impression.
• Up to six weeks of mobile work from other EU countries.
