Graphic Design Intern at Barstool Sports

Barstool Sports is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team and help produce visual content across our shows, podcasts, social platforms, and live events. This is a hands-on opportunity to work inside a fast-paced digital media environment where graphics are created daily for millions of viewers. Interns will collaborate with Barstool designers, motion artists, producers, and editors to develop graphics used across YouTube, social media, livestreams, and digital programming.

This is not a passive internship. Our interns contribute to real projects and gain experience with the same tools and workflows used by our full-time creative team.

Candidates should have a strong interest in sports, internet culture, and digital media, along with a working knowledge of modern design tools. A portfolio is required to be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the graphics team in creating visual assets for Barstool shows, podcasts, and digital content
  • Support designers and motion artists in building graphics packages, social content, and show elements
  • Design quick-turn graphics for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and livestream broadcasts
  • Edit, manipulate, and retouch images for production use
  • Prepare and export production-ready graphics for digital and video platforms
  • Organize and manage creative assets across ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and producers to execute creative concepts
  • Help maintain brand consistency across Barstool properties

What You’ll Learn

Your portfolio should include work relevant to digital media and content creation. Examples include:

  • Social media graphics
  • Motion graphics or animation
  • Sports graphics or scoreboard-style graphics
  • Show graphics or YouTube thumbnails
  • Logo and branding work
  • Digital promotional graphics
