Paid Media Expert
Barrena Branding & Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist with extensive experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns specifically for B2B technology companies. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC), and achieve client growth objectives. This position offers flexibility and a collaborative atmosphere, with strategic support and recognition for outstanding contributions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns for clients across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Build and optimize retargeting campaigns to re-engage high-intent audiences.
- Analyze performance data and make campaign adjustments based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, ROAS, and CAC.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct keyword research and develop audience targeting strategies focused on B2B buyer intent.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment of messaging, creative, and landing page strategy with campaign goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and the B2B tech sector.
- Consistently meet deadlines and communicate project status proactively.
Who We’re Looking For
- B2B Tech Experience: Essential to have proven experience managing paid media campaigns for B2B technology firms.
- Portfolio Required: Must submit examples of past paid campaigns, including ad copy, targeting strategies, and performance data (CPL, ROAS, CAC, etc.).
- U.S.-Based Contractor: Must reside in the U.S. and operate as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in targeting, budgets, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong Communicator: Responsive, proactive, and clear in communicating performance, optimizations, and strategies.
- Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Search, Display, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Retargeting Strategy: Proficiency in building and refining retargeting funnels for high-intent B2B audiences.
- Understanding of B2B Funnels: Ability to interpret lead generation data and align paid strategies with buyer intent and sales pipelines.
- Bonus: Experience with conversion tracking setup, HubSpot or CRM integration, or campaign launches alongside content/email marketing.
