Envision Yourself at Barracuda
As the Director, Web Marketing, you will lead the vision, execution, and optimization of Barracuda’s global web presence. You will own the corporate website built on Adobe Experience Manager, using it as a conversion engine and storytelling platform, and build strategies for personalization and self-service/automation.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Own global strategy and roadmap for the web presence.
- Drive conversion rate optimization through A/B testing and UX improvements.
- Develop and execute a web personalization strategy using data segmentation.
- Co-own SEO performance in close partnership with digital and content teams.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team including developers and project managers.
- Oversee day-to-day web operations including functionality, tagging, governance, and QA.
- Collaborate with creative, product marketing, and communications teams on web content and design.
- Partner with analytics to report on web engagement KPIs and optimize performance.
What You Bring
- 8–10 years in web marketing or digital experience, with B2B SaaS leadership roles.
- Proven success in driving personalization, conversion rate optimization, and user journeys.
- Strong command of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
- Experience managing cross-functional web teams and technical resources.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
