Job Description
Technical Writer
Our client, a multinational software company, is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join for a short contract covering a leave on the team. This is a 100% remote role for a duration of 5 months, starting March 2026 and ending August 2026.
Responsibilities
- Supporting content development for features and releases
- Triaging content fix requests and bugs, interacting with PM / Eng
- Responding to legal/compliance requests to update stale content or address new content needs
- Supporting the maintenance of a Help Center
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ technical writing experience - specifically at Google for some, if not all, that time
- Proficiency in HTML and CMS
- Fluency in English (native-level) is essential
- Ability to prioritize and manage own work with minimal oversight
- Copy editing skills - attention to quality and detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or Information Technology
- Excellent English proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading
