Research BI Analyst

Join Barclays as a Research BI Analyst to produce regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis using various datasets. You will assist with broker vote processing, including analyzing and standardizing data, capturing information, coordinating with sales, and handling ad-hoc requests. Partner with IT and business teams to define data onboarding requirements, assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful sign-offs. Communicate directly with stakeholders to discuss issues and solutions for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis using interaction, meeting, and publication data.
  • Assist with broker vote processing: data analysis, standardization, information capture, sales coordination, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define data onboarding requirements and support UAT.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to discuss issues and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and feedback to understand clients and the competitive landscape, informing resource allocation.
  • Manage, improve, and execute Research content monetization processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for Research monetization.
  • Drive system and process changes to improve delivery to internal stakeholders and clients.
