Purpose of the role: To design, develop and improve software using modern engineering methodologies. The focus is on providing business, platform, and technology capabilities while ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performance code.

- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using Angular, React, and Java.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of technical excellence.
- Adhere to secure coding practices with effective unit testing.
- Contribute to Financial Crime Technology initiatives and transformation programs.

Depending on assignment, act as a leader by setting strategy, advising key stakeholders, and managing risks. Either lead teams or serve as a subject matter expert guiding technical direction.
