Responsibilities:
- Provide a primary liaison service between business, technology, and security functions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and mitigate security risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their security requirements within business processes and IT projects, enhancing overall risk management.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential cybersecurity threats impacting the bank's operations and data, guiding mitigation strategies and communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures for bank operations aligned with the risk management framework in collaboration with business units.
- Manage the implementation, testing, and monitoring of security controls across IT systems to ensure effectiveness and mitigate risk.
- Execute training sessions to educate employees on cybersecurity awareness and safe online practices.
- Manage complex cybersecurity incidents by collaborating with IT teams and response experts for effective resolution through analysis and project supervision.
