Overview
Join Barclays as a Business Analyst, supporting strategic initiatives by gathering and defining business requirements and delivering solutions to key challenges and opportunities. You will work closely with Trading and Risk, contributing to end-to-end delivery across both strategic and functional change initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong Risk and Pricing background in Equity derivatives
- Proven FO Senior stakeholder management
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills in large scale change and transformation programs
Valued Skills
- Cross asset experience in Risk and Pricing
- Good understanding of QIS and Hybrid products
- Python experience
Role Purpose
Support the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives through the identification of business requirements and providing solutions that address key business challenges.
Accountabilities
- Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements
- Develop business requirements to address problems and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations
- Create business cases and conduct feasibility studies
- Design operational and process workflows for implementation
- Support change management and implementation tracking
