Role Summary: Intelligence Operations Integrator

This position provides critical support to special operations forces at Fort Bliss by integrating intelligence with operations, ensuring timely and actionable insights for mission planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Integrate intelligence and operations to support SOF missions in dynamic environments.
• Leverage emerging capabilities to produce tailored intelligence products.
• Facilitate collaboration between operational units and intelligence professionals.
• Provide expert advice in operational planning, mission analysis, and targeting support.
• Develop and refine intelligence-driven operational strategies.
• Maintain situational awareness with partner agencies and units.
• Deliver briefings, written products, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in intelligence operations or special operations support.
• Experience working with SOF units or equivalent mission sets.
• Deep knowledge of the intelligence cycle, operational planning, and analytic methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills for seamless integration across teams.
• Ability to work independently in high-tempo environments.
• Familiarity with intelligence tools such as Palantir, TAC, or similar systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent military experience.
