Job Summary
The Advanced Scheduling Functional System Analyst at Baptist Health will manage the UKG Pro Workforce Management application. This role focuses on managing the UKG environment, implementing new capabilities, configuring pay, attendance and leave rules, coordinating integration with payroll and other systems, and creating new reports and data views.
Responsibilities
- Manage the UKG Pro Workforce Management system
- Configure pay, attendance, and leave rules
- Coordinate integration with payroll and other systems
- Create new reports and data views
- Resolve day-to-day technical issues
- Serve as a subject matter expert to improve business processes and workforce productivity
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred. 3-5 years of related experience; UKG and clinical experience preferred.
