Access Quality Manager
The Access Quality Manager will oversee daily operations of Financial Assistance Coordinators ensuring organization compliance with Financial Assistance Policy. The role includes oversight of the Revenue Cycle Training team and PRN registration team members. Team members use technology to provide accurate estimates adhering to pricing transparency and no surprise billing regulations.
The manager will serve as the project lead for Registration Quality products used by both acute and physician enterprise. They will share quality outcomes data with organizational leaders, deploy training materials and sessions as needed, and work directly with Case Management to facilitate patient financial needs.
This role involves close collaboration with division and organization leaders to assess the financial assistance program and improve training in revenue cycle access functions across physician enterprise and acute settings. The manager will support other Access leaders with coverage needs and maintain open communication regarding the PRN team.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring professional and educational onboarding of Access related team member functions with integrity.
