Gestionnaire Middle Office (F/H) CDD - Lyon

Why do we need you?

We are seeking a Gestionnaire Clientèle Fragile (F/H) for a 5-month fixed-term contract in Lyon to support our development.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in reliability projects for protected adults.
  • Manage client transfers from the fragile client service to the local network.
  • Handle unclaimed account entries and follow up on them.
  • Process child support payments and, if applicable, other legal seizures (SATD, Bailiff Seizures).

Required Profile and Skills:

  • Rigor and respect for deadlines (daily processing within fixed hours).
  • Customer service orientation (clients, legal representatives, branches).
  • Proficiency with IT tools.
  • Curiosity and strong team spirit.
  • Discretion is essential.
