About the Department and Service
The Directorate General of Information Systems (DGSI) is responsible for designing and implementing the information technology strategy of the Banque de France. It ensures the upgrade of the IT architecture, the integration of innovation, the digital security of the Banque de France, and the proper management of its data assets. The DGSI comprises over 2000 people (internal and external) across various sites in Paris, Vincennes, Marne la Vallée, Paris La Courneuve, and Poitiers.
You will join the VISTA (Vision Internationale, Stratégie, Architecture) department, directly reporting to the DGSI. One of our missions is to steer the definition of the IT strategy and define the Banque de France's SI architecture, in collaboration with the various DGSI departments.
Integrated into the architecture and strategy teams, you will support us during a key moment as the Banque de France accelerates its transformation, notably by leveraging innovation, the possibilities offered by Cloud and Artificial Intelligence, and by continuing the modernization and automation of its processes.
Job Description
This mission focuses on the cybersecurity capabilities of our information system. As the lead architect in this domain, and in liaison with security experts, your main missions will be to:
- Define evolution plans for technical cybersecurity capabilities to support the implementation of the technical strategy while respecting security policies and risk management;
- Instruct SI architecture aspects during the opportunity/framing phases of building or evolving cybersecurity capabilities, and in subsequent phases, act as a reference architect (ensuring compliance with the defined framework, contributing to the analysis of operational risks or risks related to benefit realization);
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the reference framework, supporting its use by operational teams;
- Conduct technology watch on the market and contribute to the integration of innovation within the SI.
