About the Role: Senior Product Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager, who will be responsible for applying leading product management skills to home lending products, to ensure policies and processes are safe and fit for purpose. You'll be the subject matter expert in product and technology solutions, and implementation of new functionality into frontline channels and platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of a value streams business requirements.
• Ensure that work planned/delivered meets business requirements.
• Lead the successful delivery of associated business activities/dependencies.
• Lead business readiness activities.
• Works closely with value streams business analysts to ensure business requirements are in-line with business outcomes.

Desired Attributes for Success

The ability to think critically is essential, alongside the technical capability to develop solutions across business and platform processes. Solutions must also align with regulation and ensure a great customer experience. Beneficial experience includes:

• 8+ years experience in the Banking, Finance or related industries.
• Involved in product and process improvement.
• Analysis of data and providing recommendations / insights.
• Experience in transformation projects, including an understanding of technology platforms.
