This is an exceptional 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our high-performing Digital Onboarding Team in Auckland. It's a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office and offering two days of flexible remote work.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Work as a crucial component of a project team responsible for enhancing existing systems and/or developing new systems.
  • Analyse workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvement.
  • Produce User Stories to communicate user requirements for both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality, and user-friendliness of system enhancements and new developments.
  • Prepare material and provide training and assistance to end users following implementation.

You'll be an integral part of the Digital Onboarding team, collaborating with a fantastic group of people on our Finergo onboarding Platform. The team is engaged in amazing initiatives, offering you the chance to significantly shape how BNZ builds and delivers exceptional customer experiences. Current initiatives include application enhancements, new business processes, and comprehensive data analysis, providing a rich variety of work and opportunities for impact.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong ability to converse effectively with both business and technology employees across all organisational levels.
  • Sound ability to analyse, isolate, and interpret complex business needs, working collaboratively with technical partners to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrated strong experience with the delivery of SaaS projects as a Business Analyst, specifically with Finergo or Salesforce experience.
  • Sound business requirement and User Story writing and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics.
  • Strong customer service focus.
