Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in office administrative optimization projects, analyze existing administrative processes, and propose improvement plans.
  • Serve as an administrator for financial systems, bank administrative systems, and business systems. This includes user account management, system operation monitoring, and handling basic system-related issues.
  • Collaborate with different departments to promote cross-departmental projects, communicate and coordinate effectively to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
  • Cooperate with bank administrative and project-related work, such as assisting in the implementation of bank-specific administrative regulations and participating in bank-related projects.
  • Be responsible for handling office administrative tasks, such as office supplies management, office facilities maintenance, daily office environment management, and staff administrative matters.
  • Support the management’s administrative work, including arranging travels, meetings, preparing meeting materials, and following-up on meeting decisions.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as instructed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Holder or above.
  • Possess good accounting and financial knowledge is preferred.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese and English (Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferred), to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels, superiors, and external partners.
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills, being able to work independently and identify administrative issues promptly and propose practical solutions.
  • Adaptability to quickly adjust to changes in work processes, systems, or project requirements.
  • Good team-service spirit, be able to work closely with colleagues, actively contribute to the team, and jointly complete various tasks.
  • Have strong office document processing capabilities, proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, edit, and format various office documents.
