Job Overview

The Assistant System Administration Manager at Bank of China (Hong Kong) will handle data centre security including vendor access, IT equipment access, and overall data centre safety.

Responsibilities

Manage data centre security by:

  • Handling external maintenance vendors access management
  • Overseeing IT equipment access
  • Monitoring external parties within the data centre
  • Conducting regular patrols of all data centre zones
  • Patrolling User IT equipment rooms across various districts
  • Following instructions from senior in-charge and reporting abnormal issues
  • Performing shift duty as required

Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • A Diploma or above
  • Experience in data centre security related duties

  • Basic computer operation skills and familiarity with data centre equipment
