Job Role: Testing Specialist II

This role is responsible for accurate and timely test development and execution while supporting operational and administrative activities in the end-to-end testing process. You will execute high quality testing, document and escalate defects, perform preliminary reporting and analysis, and collaborate with Compliance, Operational Risk officers, and Front Line Unit process owners to identify themes and trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent testing across multiple coverage needs including transactional and surveillance testing.
  • Document and escalate defects while validating preliminary results with relevant officers.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Operational Risk teams to identify trends and themes at multiple levels.
  • Manage the quality of the complete test execution process in line with established policies.
  • Support test development and interact with internal and external contacts to resolve complex issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to test across multiple lines of business.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of products.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Risk control mindset and ability to communicate best practices.
  • Multitasking and transitioning between testing assignments.
  • Experience in project management and independent compliance risk testing.
  • Knowledge in basic sampling methodologies.
