Role Overview – Private Wealth Client Associate
This job involves providing client service support to multiple Financial Advisors (FAs). You will be the key point of contact for client needs, ensuring operational excellence, alignment with banking policies, and personalized support to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service by educating clients on all bank services and offerings.
- Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials.
- Support daily operational activities in alignment with banking policies.
- Maintain and deepen client relationships and promote day-to-day banking incorporation.
- Assist with covering team roles and seasonal need increases.
