Bank of America, through its Merrill Wealth Management division, seeks a Private Wealth Client Associate. This role provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors by delivering client advocacy, operational excellence, and customized solutions.
Responsibilities
The role includes:
- Providing excellent client service and educating clients on banking and service offerings.
- Ensuring timely, accurate and complete client materials.
- Aligning practices with bank policies to support operational excellence and manage risk.
- Deepening and maintaining client relationships by integrating banking services.
- Supporting day-to-day team activities and covering roles during absences.
Skills & Qualifications
Key skills include account management, client focus, oral and written communications, business development, and issue management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required; Salesforce experience is a plus. Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, detail oriented and committed to personal development.
