Role Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading the Client Management Process within the team and providing a comprehensive Branded Client Experience that leverages the full spectrum of Private Bank capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business development opportunities and sourcing new clients.
  • Leading the team to deliver meaningful client interactions and retention strategies.
  • Developing a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and wealth strategies.
  • Providing integrated recommendations across wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management.
  • Encouraging digital adoption to enhance client and team experiences.
  • Building relationships with internal and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in private banking or complex financial services. Must possess the ability to drive new business development for target client segments with $3MM++ investable assets. Key qualifications include:

  • High touch, client-focused approach with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership in client engagement and team management.
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills coupled with sales and financial aptitude.
  • Appropriate licensing (Series 7, 63, 65 or Series 7 and 66) with willingness to obtain if not already licensed.

Desired Qualifications

MBA or Post-Graduate Degree is preferred. Professional certifications such as CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD are considered significant pluses.

This role follows an in-office culture with specific attendance requirements and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks.
