Role Overview: Document Administrator I
The Document Administrator I supports Global Credit Operations by preparing and reviewing loan documentation in accordance with bank policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review documentation to facilitate client closings.
- Ensure loan documentation and lien perfection meet bank standards.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, vendors, and portfolio officers to execute transactions.
- Monitor and reconcile client collateral and financial booking activities.
- Design efficient filing and organizational processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in loan documentation review or records management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic file format handling (PDF, DOCX, XLSX).
- Ability to learn internal systems and databases.
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
Additional Information
This role is a full-time, on-site position with a 40-hour work week during the 1st shift in the United States.
