Job Overview
This role supports Global Credit Operations in fulfilling, servicing, and protecting credit offerings for business banking, wealth management, commercial and corporate clients. The Document Administrator I is responsible for preparing and reviewing loan documentation to ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to bank policies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review loan and lien documents per bank policies.
- Support documentation reviews, due diligence, and collateral monitoring.
- Examine, reconcile and track client collateral details.
- Assist in reviewing loan documents from counsel for consistency.
- Design filing processes to support financial booking and loan funding.
- Collaborate with Credit Officers, legal counsel, and operational units.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in loan documentation review, customer support, or records management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of file formats such as PDF, DOCX, and XLSX. Ability to learn and use internal systems and databases is required.
