Job Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain CI/CD tools and services.
  • Ensure software deployments meet access, ownership, and authentication standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and respond to alerts related to CI/CD.
  • Mentor DevOps Engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Execute change tickets for CI/CD service onboarding and decommissioning.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
  • 3+ years of Java and Maven application development.
  • Proficient with Middleware (IIS, WebSphere, JBOSS, Apache).
  • Deep experience with CI/CD practices and automation tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
  • Experience with Bitbucket SCM, Artifactory, and scripting (PowerShell, Linux shell).

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with Git, JIRA, Sonar, and external vendor coordination.
  • Working knowledge of Kafka, MQ, Cassandra, Redis, and CockroachDB.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and financial application environments.
