Job Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain CI/CD tools and services.
- Ensure software deployments meet access, ownership, and authentication standards.
- Monitor KPIs and respond to alerts related to CI/CD.
- Mentor DevOps Engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Execute change tickets for CI/CD service onboarding and decommissioning.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
- 3+ years of Java and Maven application development.
- Proficient with Middleware (IIS, WebSphere, JBOSS, Apache).
- Deep experience with CI/CD practices and automation tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
- Experience with Bitbucket SCM, Artifactory, and scripting (PowerShell, Linux shell).
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with Git, JIRA, Sonar, and external vendor coordination.
- Working knowledge of Kafka, MQ, Cassandra, Redis, and CockroachDB.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and financial application environments.
