The program team seeks new talent to operate in a high-intensity, complex business environment, driving success through detailed execution and embracing a 'Plan-Do-Check-Act' culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute business-as-usual tasks with high priority, ensuring speed, accuracy, alignment with program objectives, and improved execution efficiency.
  • Be responsible for executing Data Management policy and standards requirements.
  • Deliver on data management program objectives, including GCIB process/report/dataflow/records assessments, executing governance routines, maintaining controls and metrics, and preparing reports for senior management.
  • Support the execution of responsibilities for GCIB data management named roles, maintaining evidence of execution.
  • Regularly engage with stakeholders to review areas impacting GCIB data risks.
  • Participate in audits, regulatory exams, and target assessments.
  • Establish and review GCIB processes to ensure adherence to relevant requirements.
  • Coordinate across GCIB product areas to ensure consensus on implementation and execution approaches.
  • Escalate program risks, partner with key stakeholders, develop solutions, and deliver mitigating actions.
  • Develop strong relationships to gain buy-in, build consensus, and resolve conflicts within a large, distributed organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in data risk programs; experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proven prior experience in roles involving policy and standards adherence or data management.
  • Strong team-player attitude, desire to learn, and a result-driven approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data priorities and technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, work-intensive organization and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with GCIB business and products, with the ability to take ownership of delivery.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaborate across stakeholders, including bankers, senior leaders, risk partners, and regulators/auditors.
