Job Description for US Equity & Quantitative Strategy Associate/VP

Join Bank of America's Global Research team to support the Team Head in determining US equity outlook using advanced quantitative techniques. The role involves developing models, organizing and analyzing data, and effectively communicating research insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret signals across fundamental, macroeconomic, sentiment, positioning, and technical frameworks.
  • Stay updated on quantitative investment techniques and AI/ML research.
  • Create exhibits, written materials, and collaborate on research reports.
  • Market the team’s views to institutional investors and clients.
  • Maintain databases, indicators, and financial models.
  • Prepare weekly client email compilations with market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent, graduate work desirable.
  • 1-5 years experience in Financial Services, Technology, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AI/ML and large datasets.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, and market data applications.
  • Excellent public speaking, detail orientation, and project management skills.
  • Passion for financial markets and rigorous quantitative analysis.

Shift & Hours
