Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Pune City. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting appropriate automation solutions, and providing technical expertise. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, preparing proposals, delivering technical presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective support and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of automation systems and related technologies
• Ability to provide effective Technical Support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with teams
• Sales experience and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Competence in Customer Service and building strong client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City and travel to client locations as needed
• Experience in the industrial automation sector is a valuable asset
