Banco CTT is recruiting a Data Analyst to join the Operations Directorate in Lisbon.
Mission of the Data Analyst Role
The Data Analyst will ensure that decisions within the Operations Directorate are data-driven through rigorous analysis of sales metrics, operational efficiency, and quality. This role involves identifying opportunities for improvement and anticipating trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on projects aimed at developing initiatives for process improvement.
- Develop and implement databases and systems for data collection.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns within complex datasets.
- Regularly prepare management information dashboards, leveraging the Bank's data system knowledge.
- Perform clear, rigorous business analyses oriented towards decision-making.
- Ensure the reporting of results and management information related to the activities of the Operations Directorate teams.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in the financial sector (preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
- Strong analytical capability and critical thinking.
- Objective and results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, and a focus on continuous improvement.
