Banco ABC Brasil S.A. is a multi-service bank authorized by the Central Bank to conduct active, passive, and accessory operations inherent to its authorized portfolios (commercial, investment, credit, financing, investment, and real estate credit), including foreign exchange. Responsibilities and Attributions

• Develop and Maintain Reusable Components (Pipefy Catalog): Create and catalog reusable modules, templates, and workflows in Pipefy.
• Implement Architecture Standards: Ensure automations follow the model defined by the CoE (Microservices, Event-Driven, APIs).
• Act as a Pipefy Platform Expert: Resolve complex designs and optimize workflow for high performance.
• Program and Configure Critical Integrations: Connect Pipefy with legacy systems (Core Banking, Foreign Exchange, Credit).
• Ensure Code Quality: Implement Unit Tests, TDD/BDD, and CI/CD practices for reusable components.
• Provide Technical Support: Assist Automation Cells (RPA, AI) in integrating with Pipefy workflows.
• Monitor Performance: Track reusable component performance and apply optimizations to ensure SLA.
• Support CoE Governance: Ensure automation policies are technically feasible.
• Design and Implement Security Solutions: Create authentication and authorization for automation components.
• Participate in Roadmap Definition: Contribute to the 3-year evolution roadmap for automation technologies (Pipefy, RPA, AI).
• Maintain Documentation: Keep component catalogs and technical documentation (Runbooks) updated.
• Apply DevOps and Observability Practices: Implement Logging, Metrics in automation workflows.
• Create Architecture Documentation: Maintain ADRs (Architecture Decision Records) for critical decisions.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Research new automation technologies (RPA, AI) and present results.
• Perform Data Modeling: Architect information necessary for automation workflows.
• Technical Project Leadership: Act as a technical reference, guiding squads and development teams.
• Focus on Time-to-Market: Actively seek reusable solutions to reduce automation delivery time.
• Executive Communication: Present reusability reports and performance KPIs to CoE management.
• Promote Reusability Culture: Foster technical excellence through workshops and pair programming.
• Liaise between Pipefy Cells and Corporate Architecture: Ensure alignment of standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven Experience in Pipefy: Developing Workflows, Automations, and Integrations.
• Solid Knowledge in Automation/RPA: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other market tools.
• Experience in Programming Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript for integrations/APIs.
• Experience with API Design: RESTful, gRPC, and microservices.
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing Environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge in Relational and Non-Relational Databases: NoSQL, Redis.
• Proficiency in CI/CD Practices and Versioning Tools: GitLab/GitHub/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge in IT Governance and Process Frameworks: ITIL, COBIT.
• Mastery of Monitoring and Observability Methods: SLAs, SLOs, SRE, Logs/Metrics/Tracing.
• Knowledge in Cybersecurity Applied to Automations: OAuth, JWT, WAF.
• Knowledge in Container Orchestration: Kubernetes/EKS.
• Experience with Design Patterns, Antipatterns, SOLID, and Clean Code.
• Experience with DevSecOps and Security Test Automation.
• Knowledge in Software Quality: Unit tests, integrated and functional tests, TDD/BDD.
• Mindset of Reusability and Scalability: Ability to design modular, reusable solutions.
• Experience with Technical Leadership: Guiding multifunctional teams (squads).
• Excellent Communication Skills: Translating business requirements to technical language and vice versa.
• Focus on Results and Payback: Clear vision of how technical effort contributes to TTM and ROI.
• Higher Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Main Differentiators

• Pipefy Certification: Pipefy Certified Expert or high-level certifications in low-code / Automation platforms.
• Cloud Certifications: AWS Solution Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Proven Experience in CoE Structuring: Active participation in founding and operating a Center of Excellence in a large institution.
• Experience with Observability Platforms: Practical knowledge of Datadog, Dynatrace, or Grafana for troubleshooting automation flows.
• Mastery in Banking Regulation (Bacen): Previous experience in projects involving high regulation or compliance in the banking sector.
• History of Reusability Generation: KPIs from previous projects demonstrating creation and use of components that reduced costs and accelerated delivery.
• Multi-Technology Architecture Vision: Ability to design solutions integrating Pipefy, RPA, and AI pillars of the CoE.
