About the Role

To strengthen the IT Architecture sector, we are looking for an IT Architect with strong front-end specialization and an end-to-end architectural vision. The figure will play a key role in defining application architectures, technological governance, and building the evolutionary roadmap of digital platforms, collaborating with development teams, business, and IT stakeholders.

Activities

• Define and govern the architecture of front-end solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability;
• Select and standardize front-end frameworks, libraries, and technologies in line with market best practices;
• Contribute to the definition of the medium-long term technological roadmap, ensuring consistency with business objectives;
• Ensure architectural governance: guidelines, standards, principles, documentation, and decision-making processes;
• Collaborate with development teams to support architectural choices and foster the adoption of defined solutions;
• Evaluate and integrate cloud-native solutions and services supporting front-end applications;
• Support the introduction of AI/ML components (e.g., integration of AI services, personalization, advanced analytics);
• Interact with external suppliers and technological partners for evaluations and architectural decisions;
• Ensure alignment between application architecture, security, compliance, and performance.

Technical Skills

• Solid experience as an IT Architect / Software Architect or similar role;
• In-depth knowledge of front-end frameworks and technologies, such as: JavaScript / TypeScript - React, Angular, Vue.js (at least one at an advanced level) - SPA architectures, micro-frontends, design systems;
• Experience in defining modern application architectures (API-based, event-driven, headless);
• Good knowledge of UX principles, web performance, front-end security;
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), particularly: application and integration services - CI/CD, containerization, infrastructures supporting front-end; Knowledge (even at an architectural level) of AI and AI/ML services, such as: AI API integration - use of cloud-based AI services;
• Experience using architectural modeling and documentation tools (e.g., ArchiMate, UML, C4 diagrams).

• Strong governance and strategic vision skills;
• Experience in defining and managing technological roadmaps;
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills towards technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Collaborative attitude and team mentoring;
• Analytical approach oriented towards solution quality;
• Ability to evaluate technological trade-offs and make structured decisions.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in enterprise contexts or digital transformation programs;
• Knowledge of Agile / DevOps methodologies;
• Experience in multi-vendor contexts;
• Cloud or architectural certifications (nice to have).
