The Opportunity

The Client Services Representative is responsible for ensuring all client documentation and regulatory requirements are met for loan and deposit accounts. This role manages major client relationships and oversees internal Venture Banking functions affecting clients.

  • Front line service support and relationship management.
  • Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Process monetary transactions and account maintenance on IBS.
  • Cross-sell bank products and provide research assistance.
  • Resolve disputes using independent judgment with bank policies.

What You’ll Bring

Required: Over 3 years of experience and an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree. Must have strong problem solving, organizational skills, effective communication, and a proven track record in managing large client accounts.
