Essential Job Duties

  • Partner with engineering leads and architects to design secure, modern, and compliant platform solutions.
  • Develop deep insights into payroll challenges through customer and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prioritize and translate internal customer challenges into actionable product specifications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align strategy and roadmap execution.
  • Deliver high-value solutions to improve user outcomes and drive internal payroll efficiency.
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team while maintaining product quality.
  • Leverage Agile/Scrum methodologies for both product discovery and delivery.
  • Integrate AI and modern technologies to enhance HR and payroll workflows.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience as a product manager with a proven track record.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with platform architecture.
  • Experience in Payroll, Fintech, Accounting, Payroll Tax, or Payments industries.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and a persuasive decision-making style.
  • A self-driven, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset.
