About the role
Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant for Bamboo Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Leadership team, ensuring the efficient operation of the company's executive office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Executive team at Bamboo Insurance, providing valuable support in a dynamic and growing insurance company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping the Executive team manage their responsibilities and ensure the smooth functioning of the executive office.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive team, managing their calendar, travel, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Executive team. Assist in preparing for meetings, including gathering relevant documents and information.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, flights, accommodations, and transportation for the Executive team. Handle travel-related expenses, reimbursements, and expense reporting.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the Executive team and other team members, departments, and external stakeholders. Coordinate and communicate information effectively within the organization.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years' experience supporting executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager, preferable in a corporate setting.
Preferred Requirements
- Five or more years of related experience.
- Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Salary
Starting at $70,000 annually. Candidate's skills, experience and abilities will be taken into consideration for final offer.
