Your Opportunity

Integrated into the Media Department, you will assist the team in implementing an international advertising strategy across digital and traditional media. During these assignments, you will gain in-depth knowledge of various online and offline advertising levers and develop your project management skills.

Your Contribution

As part of our Media Coordination team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of all necessary elements for digital paid media campaign launches (assets, captions, redirection link...), and verification of previews before going live.
  • Performance Analysis: Monthly analysis of advertising investments versus editorial coverage (using DMR Print/Web tool, automation of Excel document).
  • Update of the Weekly Digital Media Report on ongoing campaigns (using Funnel and Datastudio tools, interpretation of figures).
  • Monitoring the production of all advertising formats (from creation to online/print publication), across all markets, in coordination with the Image department and specialized agencies.
  • Organization and filing of all digital media-related documents (briefs, plans, reports, analyses, magazine media kits, screenshot reports).
  • Monitoring digital advertising trends (innovations, formats, etc.).
  • Participation in meetings with various media stakeholders.
  • Creation of a weekly newsletter on advertising/communication market trends.
  • Assistance with invoice tracking.

You Are

  • A student in your 1st or 2nd year of a Master's degree in Business or Communication.
  • Possessing a strong interest and curiosity for media issues.
  • Previous experience within a media agency or the digital sector is a plus.
  • Demonstrating good interpersonal skills, rigor, humility, and a sensitivity to the luxury sector (understanding its codes).
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and French (essential).
