Your Expertise is Required as a Sales Operations Manager
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will support the Leadership Team and Partners in Audit & Advisory, Tax, Legal, and Consulting in developing and implementing the Go-To-Market strategy. This includes, in particular:
- Go-to-Market: In close coordination with market-responsible partners, you will actively manage, further develop, and plan targeted Go-to-Market activities, especially concerning our growth topics and targets.
- Account Management: Your area of responsibility includes coordinating Key Accounts with a focus on essential customer segments. Furthermore, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities are part of your responsibilities.
- Benchmarking and Controlling: You will monitor market and industry developments and support the analysis of monthly Sales Reporting.
- Community Building: You will coordinate the location and sector community, including through regular team calls and structured preparation and follow-up of meetings.
Experience and Competencies You Bring
- Several years of professional experience in Sales/Distribution within an internationally active company (preferably from the Professional Service, IT-Software sector or similar; knowledge of the Financial Services Sector and/or Real Estate is an advantage).
- Successfully completed degree, preferably in Economics, Law, Taxation, or a successfully completed commercial vocational training.
- Pronounced contact and communication skills, as well as flexibility and openness to new, varied challenges.
- You see yourself internally as a proactive service provider who always keeps the overall company goals in mind.
- Friendliness, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
