This critical role is integral to our firm's talent acquisition strategy, focusing primarily on law student recruitment. Role Overview: Recruiting Specialist

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for orchestrating the Firm’s comprehensive law student recruiting program across all our offices. This position involves close collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer and the Director of Associate Recruiting and Engagement to ensure the delivery of precise, well-coordinated, and high-quality recruiting operations firmwide. This is a chance to make a tangible impact on the future talent pipeline of a leading legal firm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate direct application and on-campus interview programs, including callbacks and outcome tracking, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Manage law student and Summer Associate recruiting data with precision and efficiency using FloRecruit.
  • Support the strategic planning and seamless execution of the Summer Associate Program, including onboarding, targeted training, and engaging events.
  • Prepare clear and concise recruiting communications, detailed reports, and comprehensive firmwide recruiting statistics for leadership review.
  • Maintain and nurture recruiting budgets, cultivate strong relationships with law schools, oversee survey participation, and manage recruiting materials.
  • Actively assist with vital diversity recruiting initiatives, including the Diversity Scholarship and LCLD 1L Scholars programs.
  • Partner closely with recruiting leadership on special projects and continuous program improvements to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Demonstrable strong organizational skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail are paramount for this role.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced professional environment.
  • Professional, clear, and effective communication skills, alongside a proactive collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort working both independently on assigned tasks and as an integral part of a cohesive team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various recruiting systems is essential.
  • Experience in legal or professional services recruiting is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for the Recruiting Specialist position is competitive, ranging from $60,000 to $75,000. The final salary will be thoughtfully determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, geographic location, and other pertinent job-related factors. Working Conditions
